Adding Records for External Trainings as Admins

Once an external training has been added, admins can add records of learners who have completed that training. You can do this in three ways:

  1. By Adding Individual Records from the "Records" tab of the External Trainings dashboard.
  2. By Adding Bulk Records from the "Records" tab of the External Trainings dashboard.
  3. By Adding Records from an external training's details page.

    • Open the 'Records" tab of the external trainings dashboard.
    • Click on the '+' button and click on "Add Individual Record." You'll see a popup to enter the training record and you'll be required to add the details of the learner and the external training that the learner has completed.
    • Once you've added all the mandatory fields, click on "Add" to create the record.

  • Open the 'Records" tab of the external trainings dashboard.
  • Click on the '+' button and click on "Bulk upload Records via CSV." You'll see an option to download a sample template and another one to upload the CSV file.
  • Download the template which will contain the respective fields to properly import the records. Once you've filled in the record details in the format required by the template, upload the CSV file.
  • Click on "Apply" to add the records.

 

Adding Records from an external training's details page

  • Open the "Trainings" tab of the external trainings dashboard.
  • Open the training for which you want to add a record and open the "Learners" tab of the training.
  • Click on the "Add Individual Record" button. You'll see a popup to enter the training record and you'll be required to add the details of the learner. The details of the training will be pre-filled for you.
  • Once you've added the details of the learner, click on "Add" to create the record for that training.


 

Once records have been created, you will see the list in the "Records" tab and 
you will also find the records listed when you view the respective external
training for which they were created.
Learners for whom the records were added will find them in the "External Records" tab
of the "My Certificates" page of their profile.
