We can now understand how Learners are faring on assessments for the trainings being pushed to them. Admin and Managers will now see a new section on Learner Profiles which gives them an idea of their Assessment status, here's how.

For Administrator

Learner profiles will contain assessment summary of all courses as long as native assessments have been added to them.

1. Log in to Learn LMS as a Manager and under the People tab click (1) "View Profile" by hovering over the Learner profile whose assessment summary you wish to access.
2. From the User Profile click (2) "Summary" on the profile menu and go over to (3) "Assessments"
3. Assessment History is sorted chronologically as per the date of completion, (4) click icon to sort the assessment history in alphabetical order of course title. Click (5)icon on the right to  view the responses provided by the Learners.

For Manager

Manager are invited to the party as well, they will be able to view assessment Summary of all of their Team members.

1. Log in to Learn LMS as a Manager and under the People tab click (1) "View Profile" by hovering over the Learner profile whose assessment summary you wish to access.
2. From the User Profile click (2) "Summary" on the profile menu and go over to (3) "Assessments"
3. Assessment History is sorted chronologically as per the date of completion, (4) click icon to sort the assessment history in alphabetical order of course title. Click (5)icon on the right to  view the responses provided by the Learners.

For Learners

Learners can view their Assessment Summary from their profile Settings.
