Role: Admins
Description: This article explains how admins can use the bulk operation feature to change the status of multiple trainings at once in Auzmor Learn.
Benefits:
Time-Saving: Allows admins to update the status of multiple trainings simultaneously, saving time compared to updating each training individually.
Efficiency Boost: Reduces manual work, making it easier to manage large numbers of training in a short amount of time.
Improved Workflow: Simplifies status management, helping admins maintain a smoother and more organized workflow.
Consistency: Ensures uniform status updates across multiple trainings, minimizing errors and inconsistencies.
For Courses:
Option 1: Admins can edit multiple courses at once by hovering over each course and selecting the desired courses. Then, click on the pencil icon in the bottom right corner of the screen.
Admin can update the following:
- The Courses Settings: Update the similar course settings at once for multiple courses.
- Assessment Settings: Modify assessment settings across courses.
- Categories: Update the categories of multiple courses at once.
- Custom Field[If created]: They can update the same at once for all the selected courses.
Option 2: Admins can assign multiple courses at once by clicking on + Add button in the bottom right corner of the screen to either individuals or teams.
Option 3: You can also bulk update using the highlighted options:
Move To: Move courses to Archive or Drafts.
Publish: Publish courses immediately or schedule them for later.
Duplicate: Duplicate courses with the option to copy enrollments from the selected courses.
Delete: Delete all selected courses.
For Paths & Events:
Option 1: Admins can assign multiple paths to individuals or teams by clicking the highlighted option on the path page.
Note: Similar to courses, Admins can use the highlighted options to move to Archive, Publish, Duplicate, or Delete multiple Paths & Events at once.
Note: Managers cannot perform bulk operations to edit course settings.
