Roles: Admin
Description: In this article, you will learn how admins can use bulk operations in Auzmor Learn to update settings for multiple courses at once. This feature helps save time, maintain consistency, and simplify repetitive tasks by allowing changes to be applied across several courses in a single action.
Benefits:
Efficiency: Update multiple courses in a single action instead of editing them individually.
Consistency: Apply uniform settings such as reminders, expiration, and validity settings.
Control: Review and confirm all changes before they are applied.
Visibility: Access a clear status report with successful and unsuccessful updates.
Step by Step Guide: You may refer to the screenshots below for a step by step guide on how to edit course settings in bulk.
Step 1: Go to the Courses tab and Select all the courses you want to update.
Step 2: Click the pencil icon at the top to open the Bulk Edit section.
