Version 2.7 of Auzmor Learn can now perform bulk operations like updating Course Settings for multiple courses in a single action. Course details that can be updated in bulk are the following:

- Course Expiration

- Re-Assignment

- Course Validity

- Single Reminder

- Recurring Reminder

- Accessibility / Course Visibility

- Course Duration

- Passing Criteria

- Assessment Attempts

- Assessment Optional

- Course Category

- Course Custom fields

For Administrator

Changing Course Settings

An administrator can make changes to multiple courses and assigns courses to users and teams in a single action.

1. Go over to the Courses Tab
2. Select all the courses that you would like to make changes to.
3. Click the pencil Icon to open the Bulk Edit section.
4. Select the settings that need to be mass updated for the chosen courses.
5. Input the new values for each setting.
6. Click “Continue” after values of all selected fields are updated.
7. Review the list of changes that are going to be made to the courses selected and click continue.
8. Click apply to initiate the changes.
9. A course wise list of the requested changes shall be displayed and every item with a "Check" means that the request was successfully processed. Requests with an "!" mean that they could not be processed due to an existing data inconsistency. For instance, if there are no Assessments in a course,  a request to set Passing Criteria or Assessment attempts in mass action would be unsuccessful.

For Manager

A manager cannot perform any bulk operation to edit course settings.

For Learners

A Learner cannot perform any bulk operation to edit course settings.
