Webhooks are a way to send specific events occurring in Learn LMS to other 3rd party tools used in your organization. Following are the events in LearnLMS that can be configured for Webhooks:
1. Log in to Learn LMS, click your Avatar (1) in the top right corner and go to Settings (2)
2. Under settings click Webhooks (3) on the left and click Add Webhook (4)
3. Enter the Webhook URL (5), Name (6) and a Description (7) for the webhook. The events in the LMS will be sent to this URL. Action (7) is optional. Click "Add Webhook" (8) to complete Webhook configuration.
4. The configured webhook will be displayed under the "Webhooks" section with the "Status". You can Edit/Deactivate/Delete the webhooks by clicking the three dots against it.
Administrators do not have access to Webhooks option under settings and hence cannot configure any on their own.
Managers do not have access to Webhooks option under settings and hence cannot configure any on their own.
Learners do not have access to Webhooks option under settings and hence cannot configure any on their own.
