Creating a Course Using AI Course Builder in Auzmor Learn

Description: This article explains how to create a course using the AI Course Builder in Auzmor Learn. The feature allows course creation using simple inputs and optional supporting documents, followed by review and refinement before publishing.

Overview: The AI Course Builder enables course creation by defining inputs, “generating a structured outline, and then building content step by step”. The feature follows a lesson-based structure: Course > Lessons > Sections > Content. Each course contains lessons, which are divided into sections where content is added.

“Step-by-step guide to creating a course using AI Course Builder in Auzmor Learn”

Step 1: Navigate to Training > Courses and click on the ‘+’ button.

Step 2: Under Quick Course Creation, click on “Create Course”.



Step 3:
Add the course details” by entering the following information:


  • Course description [Mandatory]

  • Objective [Optional]

  • Supporting documents [Optional]

Note: The input provided here guides how the course will be generated. More detailed inputs generally helps generate more accurate content.


Step 4: “Upload supporting documents, if required”.

“The following file formats are supported”:

  • PDF

  • DOC

  • PPT

Document limits:

  • Maximum 3 files

  • Maximum file size: 25 MB per file



Step 5: “Select Document Mode’’. Choose how uploaded documents should be used during course generation.

  • Existing content needs improvement

  • Raw material needs to be converted into structured learning content

Import Mode: Uploaded content is preserved and structured without major modifications. It is recommended when:

  • Existing wording must remain unchanged

  • Content should be retained as provided




Step 6:Select the course length” based on the amount and depth of content and number of lessons required.

  • Auto: AI determines the lesson count

  • Short: 1–3 lessons

  • Medium: 4–6 lessons

  • Large: 7+ lessons

  • Custom: Define lesson count manually

Note: The selected option impacts both the number of lessons and the depth of generated content.



Step 7: To generate the course, click Generate Outline. The system automatically creates and the system automatically creates:

  • Course title

  • Course description

  • Suggested categories

  • Lesson outline

Note: At this stage, only the course structure is generated. The generated details can be reviewed from the Details, Description Lesson page and “edited or regenerated” as needed.

Step 8: Review the generated “Course details and description”.


“Once the outline is generated, the course details can be reviewed and updated as needed”. Specific fields such as the course title or description can also be individually regenerated if required.






Step 9: “Review the lesson outline.
Before generating lesson content, review and update the structure by”:

  • Editing lesson titles

  • Updating lesson instructions

  • Adding or removing lessons

  • Reordering lessons

“This stage acts as a storyboard, allowing the lesson structure to be finalized before content generation”.




Step 10: “Generate Lesson Content. Content can be generated in two ways”:

  • Generate all lessons at once

  • Generate one lesson at a time

Note: Each lesson is created with structured sections and formatted content.



Step 11: “Edit Course Content. Content can be updated at different levels”:

  • Lesson level

  • Section level

  • Content level

“Lessons or sections” can also be regenerated individually.

Note: Regenerating content replaces the existing version and cannot be undone.

Step 12: “Once the lessons are finalized, create the assessment. [Optional]

Assessment questions can be created in two ways:

  • Generate questions using AI

  • Add questions manually using the standard process

Step 13: Create a Certificate:
You can create a certificate for the course  by adding one or more attributes to the sample templates provided, and saving your design for future use.



Step 14: Course Settings:
Finally, you can configure the course settings and review all the content to ensure everything is correct. Once you're satisfied, click 'Publish' to make the course available to the assigned learners.

Note: You can change the course settings at any time.
