Description: This article explains a solution that allows administrators to easily edit learning paths in Auzmor Learn. With the flexibility to edit existing learning paths, admins can update program structures as needed without starting from scratch.
Role: Admins
Benefits:
Flexible Path Editing: Admins can easily adjust learning paths to meet changing needs and ensure content stays relevant.
Efficient Content Management: Admins can add, remove, or rearrange training to keep the training path on track.
Real-Time Access for Learners: Learners will always have the most relevant content based on their progress.
Important Note: Once a user is updated to take the latest version, this action cannot be undone.
Step 1: Navigate to Training > Paths, and select the respective path you wish to edit.
Step 2: Go to Training and click on Add Trainings to add, remove, rearrange, or update details as needed.
Step 3: After clicking on Add Training the admin will be directed to the Create Path page, where the desired actions can be completed.
Step 4: Admin Actions
1. Add Content: Admins can add new training to a learning path. The new content will automatically fit into the path’s sequence and be available to learners based on the configuration set by the Admin.
Note:
New training can include courses or events.
Admins can also set metadata like titles, descriptions, attachments, etc.
To add a new training, click on Add
Note:

Admins can also set metadata like titles, descriptions, attachments, etc.
Choose to make it mandatory/optional or select complete by order.
Admins can adjust the order of the trainings within the path to reflect updated training priorities.
When finished, click on Save & Continue.
Assign Path Version: Choose which learners or groups this version of the path should apply to.
Future Enrollments Only:
Only new learners will see and enroll in the latest version of the path.
Existing enrollments won’t be impacted.
All Current & Future Enrollments: [This is Recommended]
All new learners will see and enroll in the latest version of the path.
All current learners will be required to complete the latest version [Example: In-Progress, Completed, Not Started, Enrolled, Assigned, and Failed].
Learners who have already completed the path will have their progress reset and will need to complete the updated version.
Learners who fail will have their status set to In-Progress and can take the additional training that has been added.
Choose Specific People:
Selected individuals will be required to complete the latest version.
Learners who have already completed the path will have their progress reset and must complete the updated version.
Learners who fail will have the chance to complete the path again.
Note: If you select Choose Specific People you can choose from the list of currently enrolled users in the respective path. You can either select individuals manually or filter by criteria such as Role, Team, Status, and more.
2. Remove Content: Admins can remove courses or events from a path as needed. Once removed, the content will no longer be visible for the learners.
Click the 'X' button next to the training to remove any training from the current path.
Click on Save and Continue.
Assign Path Version: Choose which learners or groups this version of the path should apply to.
Note:
The impact of these options is the same as those mentioned above when adding content to a path.
Learners currently in progress will be redirected to the next available training.
If the removed content is a requirement, the system will update access to the next training, allowing learners to continue.
3. Rearrange Content: Admins can adjust the order of training within the path to reflect updated training priorities.
Note: Changes will take effect immediately for learners who haven’t started the affected training.
Notifications for Admins & Learners:
For Admins:
Creator [Admins]: An email and in-app notification will be sent to the individuals who have created the path if any changes have been made by other admins.
Assigners [Admins/Managers]: An email and in-app notification will be sent to individuals who have assigned the path to other learners if any changes have been made by other admins.
For Learners:
In-Progress and Not Started Learners: An email and in-app notification will be sent to inform learners about the updated path only if they still need to take action due to the changes. The notification will also explain how the updates affect their current progress.
Completed Learners: The completion status remains unchanged unless reassigned. Notifications will highlight new or updated training, giving the option to revisit the content if needed.
[Note: Notifications will only be sent to the specific users or groups that the Admin selects for the updated path version.]
Progress Updates when Training Removed: If a learner has completed all training except for the removed content and is currently In Progress, the path will be shown as Completed when the learner resumes it. Admins will not need to manually mark it complete. In this case, the respective learners will be notified that the path has been updated and they are currently in progress. Once they click on Resume, they will be marked Completed.
Similarly, the status will be updated for all the learners based on their current progress.
Insights and Reporting:
Path updates will be reflected in all relevant insights and reports, ensuring they remain accurate and consistent.
All progress will be reset, requiring learners to complete the entire training from the start.
Certificates obtained will remain available.
All existing records, including certificates, will be lost if removed from the configuration.
Redo New Modules Only: This option reassigns training to selected learners as follows:
The training will be moved to the "In Progress" state.
Learners must complete only the unfinished trainings, if any.
Learners will no longer have access to any certificates they’ve previously earned for that training.
The assignment record will be updated without creating a new one.
