Enable or disable two factor authentication
If you are looking to add an extra layer of security to your Auzmor Learn account, you can enable two factor authentication. It keeps your learner's account safe by asking the learner to enter an OTP, thus preventing mishaps of password leaks etc.
- To enable two-factor authentication for your organization, a primary admin can go to Settings > Security
Choose any one of the authentication methods and click on activate
- Via mail: After the learner has logged in using their email ID and password, they would receive an OTP on their registered email ID. They would have to use this OTP to log in.
Via Authenticator app: After the learner has logged in using their email ID and password, they will have to enter an OTP from an authenticator app (Authy, Microsoft authenticator, etc.) after setting it up from their end.
More details - In this option, the admin can select mail as a fallback option in case the learners don't have access to the authenticator app
- Once selecting either option the Admin can activate it. From there on, the learners will be required to use additional authentication to log in.
