How do I add multiple users at once to my account?
You can add multiple users at once and save time. All you need to do is
Follow these important and easy steps:
- As an Admin Login to your Auzmor Learn Account
- Go to People Page and click + button at the bottom right of the screen
- If you are looking to add only a couple of learners, you can add them directly on the screen. But if the volume is higher, we recommend upload a file
- Download the template provided so that the file is properly formatted for the upload
You will find 2 sheets in the file -
- First sheet gives the list of all the custom fields you can fill for each user
- Second is where you can enter the data of users you want to add
- To add custom fields, you need to first add the name and field type to the first sheet and then add a column in the second sheet and fill the data in each row
- When you are done with adding all users to the sheet, along with their info, save the file in .xls or .xlsx file format. Do not forget to add required fields that are marked with * in the sample file
- Now switch back to the app and upload the file by clicking on the upload button or a simple drag-drop of the file would work
- Once the file upload is done you can click on the Send Invitation Button and all the users would be added to your account and will be sent an invitation email
Please note:
- All custom fields are considered non-mandatory. That means if you skip adding the custom fields data of a user, the user will still added and get the invite, but there will be no data in the custom field
- If the sheet consists of users who are already part of your account
- If there are errors in the data like mandatory fields missing or invalid type of data entered, then the corresponding row will be skipped
