How do I assign people to courses?
To manage your training efficiently, Auzmor Learn lets you enroll/assign people in courses (or unenroll users, if needed) manually with a few clicks.
To add people to courses, you have 2 options:
A. While Creating A Course
B. From Course Detail Page
Let's have a closer look.
A. While Creating A Course
- Sign in to your Auzmor Learn account as an Administrator, go to Home > Courses and click on the "+" button present in the bottom right.
- Start creating the course & On Add People to the Course page click on the "Start Adding People" button
- Search & Select the people or teams you want to add & roll out the invitation for enrollment to the course.
- You can view the selections you have made, by switching on the show selected button on the bottom of the pop-up
B. From Course Detail Page
- Sign in to your Auzmor Learn account as an Administrator, go to Home > Courses and go to the Detail page of the course you want to update.
- Go to the Enrollments tab and click the Add New Member button users you want to add to the course.
- Search & Select the members/users you want to add & roll out the invitation for enrollment.
Admin/Manager you will be to see the list of people selected for the course simply by clicking on the “Show Selected” option at the bottom of the window.
When the toggle switch is ON, It will display number of selected users. The same applies for the both People & Teams. The number would indicate how many are selected.
