Auzmor provides you with the flexibility to create your courses in 4 different ways.
Note: Only admins will be able to create courses for the organization.
Creating a Course on the app is very simple and would take you only a few minutes. Now first we would have to click on the Courses tab.
Next, you are going to click on the red plus icon on the right side of the screen which will bring you to this screen
Next, you will go to the Quick Course Creation portion and click where it says Create Course and you will be redirected to this screen.
After clicking on Create you now have to title your Course and select a Category or add your own and you can choose a banner for your Course
Now you can upload your image or choose from our selection of images,(you have the option of searching for different images just by typing keywords) after making a selection click on Select Banner
You will be redirected to the previous page and you will see the banner you chose and you can, now click Save and Continue.
On the next screen, you will have to write a brief description of the Course which will be displayed on the Course Detail section ( We can customize additional information if needed to be displayed as well this can be done from settings in the Home tab ) and just click on Save and Add Lessons
Now you will be able to start adding your Lessons. Just click on where it says + Upload the content for your lesson
You will be brought, to the next screen where you can Drag and Drop a file or Choose a File (Supported Files: PDF (Up to 250 MB), Word & Presentation (Up to 20 MB), Video (Up to 1 GB)
You can even add an Embedded Link ( Youtube or Vimeo) as well. Now you will have to Title the Lesson and write a brief description (all sections must be filled, for the Lesson to be Created).
Once you have clicked on Create you will notice the Title of the Lesson you just created on the left side of the screen and you have the option now to create another Lesson ( you can create as many lessons as you want ). Once done creating as many Lessons as you want you will click on the backwards arrow near Course Lesson on the very top left of the screen to get the next step.
Now here you will notice the Lesson you just created on the right of the screen under Course Description, and if you want to add more Lessons or edit the one you just created or even delete it you can do so... or click Save and Continue to get to the next step
Now if you want to create an Assessment you can just click on Start Adding Question or if not needed just click on Skip Assessment. When Creating an Assessment you have the option of

If you want to Bulk Upload just click on the right side of the screen it will bring to this screen
Now after you create your question you can add an Image and Shuffle answer and even Customize the response
Once done you can create another question ( or as many as you want ) or click Continue to go to the next step
The next screen is Create Certificate ( Totally optional you have the option to Skip )
Now to create a Certificate click on and you will be brought to this screen
: Creating a Certificate is pretty simple. While creating a certificate you can choose the attributes you want to keep on the certificate. Multiple attributes can be selected. Moreover, you have an option to pick & choose the type of background you want to use from the 9 predefined backgrounds. Don’t forget to use the live preview for the changes that you are making on the certificate while selecting & deselecting the attributes of your choice.
You can add your company logo as well and change the background colour
If you click on See More you have additional fields you can add…( option to save the template as well )
Once done click Create Certificate
Next, you would click Publish on the top right of the screen
Your Course is officially created and you can start adding People now
You can start adding People or Teams ( once selected you just click on the invite )
You can add more Members or Set pricing you will get that option at the bottom of the screen
Just click on Set Pricing to move on and then click on Skip if not needed
You will come to the last stage, the Settings portion
Here you can customize the... Course expiration date, Reassign the Course, The Course Validity, Set a Single Reminder, Set a Recurring Reminder, Customize Accessibility, Set the Duration of the Course, And Enable a Public Weblink.
Once done click Save and Exit
Now you will be able to Preview the Course by clicking Preview on the top right of the next screen ( You can Edit any portion of the Course if needed )
