How to create a course using AICC/SCORM file in Auzmor Learn

Description: In this article, you’ll learn how to create a course in Auzmor Learn using an AICC or SCORM file. Auzmor Learn gives you the flexibility to upload content packaged in these formats and further customize the course settings based on your training needs.

Note: SCORM [Shareable Content Object Reference Model] is a set of technical standards for eLearning software. It defines how online learning content and platforms communicate, allowing SCORM courses to function smoothly across different LMS systems.

Step by Step Guide: You may refer to the screenshots below for a step by step  guide on how to create a course using the AICC/SCORM file in Auzmor Learn.

Step 1: Create a New Course Go to Training > Courses, then click on the + sign at the bottom to create a new course.




Step 2: Click on Import Course Select the Import Course option to upload an AICC or SCORM file.




Step 3: Upload the File Upload your AICC or SCORM file.

Note: SCORM packages up to 2GB are supported. Upload time increases with file size except at least a few minutes for a 2GB file.




Step 4: Review and Edit Course Title The title is auto-populated from the SCORM package. Edit it if needed and select a category for the course.



Step 5: Add a Course Banner Select a banner image for the course.

Step 6: Add a Description Enter a brief description for the course.



Step 7: Add Assessment, Certificate, and Adjust Setting Add an assessment, enable certificate (as needed), and adjust the course settings similar to how you would for other courses then click on Save and Exit.

Now, as needed you can Publish the course.

Note: You can also configure the data of the course as required.
