How to edit assessments in a course?
How to edit assessments in a course?
If you have added assessment questions to a course you can - preview the answers, edit, add, delete or change the order of the questions
Here is how you can do all this:
- Go to Courses tab and choose a course you want to edit
- Click on the Assessments tab or simply scroll down the section
- You will find the questions you have added, here
Preview answers
- When you mouse over on a question you will see a drop-down option appear on the right side
- When you click on it, the entire card gets expanded and you can view the entire question, answers provided by you.
- In case of multiple-choice and single choice options, the correct answers will be marked in green
- In case of fill in the blanks, matching or ordering type of questions, you will see the correct answers
Edit
- When you mouse over on a question you will see a 3 dot menu appear on the right side
- Click on it and choose the edit option
- The question will expand on the page and be editable
- Make the necessary changes and click on the update button to save the changes
Add or Delete
- You can add a question, click on the add new question button on the top of the section
- To delete a question, mouse over on a question and click on the 3 dot menu
- You can choose the delete option and the questions will be gone after a confirmation
Change order
- To change the order of the questions you can simply drag and drop the questions in the new position
