How to Enroll for a Learning Path

How to Enroll for a Learning Path

Users in Auzmor learn can self Enroll for learning paths as a its accessibility is set to Listed (Public) to encourage self enrollment.

Please note this is a premium feature which must be additionally subscribed for and activated in your Auzmor Learn account for you can access it.

For Administrators

If an admin is added to a path.

1) Log in to your Learn account.

2) Click your profile on the top right corner next to the bell icon.

3) Click Switch to Learner's View

4) In learner view the total # of courses and Learning Paths associated with a profile shall be displayed.

5) All Courses and Learning paths would be segregated based on its status, click "Assigned" section to view all assigned courses and Learning Paths.

6) Paths would be highlighted separately and clicking "Enroll" would take the learner to the Learning path page.

7) Once enrolled to the path, a learner can go through its description and understand what are the courses within a path. Click "Begin" path to launch the first course in the path.

Completing a sequential learning path

1) The courses under a path would be displayed on the left and the lock icon means that courses will have to be completed one after the other in the given order to complete the learning path.

2) Details of lessons within a course and assessment details will be displayed for learners to keep track of their progress within the path. The progress circle help learners understand this better.

3) Click continue to move to the next section.

4) Once the Assessment(optional step) is completed a tick mark would show up against each lesson and assessment.

5) Click Continue to go to the next section


6) Once all course and their assessments are completed the final screen will show all courses with a tick mark and the Path progress will reflect as 100% Completed.

7) Click Return to Path details

8) Final completion screen for a sequential Learning path.

Completing a flexible learning path

1) A flexible learning path will not have the lock icon on the left which lets the learners decide the order in which they complete the course. 

2) Courses which are not marked mandatory by an admin can also be skipped.

3) Click continue to move to the next section.


4) Once the Assessment(optional step) is completed a tick mark would show up against each lesson and assessment.

5) Click Continue to go to the next section


6) Once all course and their assessments are completed the final screen will show all courses with a tick mark and the Path progress will reflect as 100% Completed.

7) Click Return to Path details

3) Time spent includes both paths and courses.

4) In learner view the total # of courses and Learning Paths associated with a profile shall be displayed.

5) All Courses and Learning paths would be segregated based on its status, click "Assigned" section to view all assigned courses and Learning Paths.


6) Paths would be highlighted separately and clicking "Enroll" would take the learner to the Learning path page.
