How to export historical training data of your organization?
In this article, you will understand how to export an Organization Insights Report from the Auzmor Learn Insights section. Your organization insights report will provide you with the complete learning history of your organization, including course completions, certifications and expirations, reassignment date, and more!

For Administrators
As an Admin you can now export a historical report of your entire organization’s learning and development progress. Here is how to export Organization Report.
Account Overview - Sheet 1 of the Report
Course and User info - Sheet 2 of the Report
For Managers
A manager can now export a historical Training Report of all teams managed by them and not the rest of the users, unlike the Admin. Here is how to export the Organization Report.
Account Overview - Sheet 1 of the Report
Course and User info - Sheet 2 of the Report
The format of this sheet shall be the same as that of the Admin. Only difference being the manager will be provided Course and User information relevant to Teams managed and not for other users outside their Team.
For Learners
A learner would not have access to the Organization Insights section.
