How to Export a Learning Path Report in Auzmor Learn

Description: In this article, you will learn how to export and download a report for any Learning Path in Auzmor Learn. The Learning Path report provides detailed insights into user progress, completions, and performance across all courses within a path.

Step-by-Step Guide on How to Export a Learning Path Report

Step 1: Go to the Paths tab in Auzmor Learn.



Step 2: Hover over the Learning Path you want to export the report for and click View Path.


Step 3: Click on the Export button under the Insights tab.



Step 4: Name your report and click Export Path Report.



Note:

  • It may take a few minutes for the report to be generated depending on the size of the data.

  • Admin can choose if they also want to include past enrollments , branch data or inactive users in that report.

Step 5: Once the report is ready, you will receive a notification in the LMS.

Step 6: Click on the notification and select Download Now to get the report in Excel format.

Note: You will also receive an email with the download link for the exported Learning Path report, which can be accessed anytime.
