In this article, you will learn how to integrate UltiPro with Auzmor Learn

 

For Primary Administrator

Primary Admins have the ability to set up Integrations on Auzmor Learn LMS. There are two components to setting up the integration:

  1. Retrieving your Ultipro account credentials
  2. Activating the integration on Azumor Learn

 

How to retrieve account credentials from UltiPro

  • As an Ultipro admin, navigate to Service Account Administration under System Configuration.


  • In the Service Account Administration, create a new service account by clicking on add button on the right corner.
  • Once the username & password are configured, the service account will display the User API Key & Customer API Key


  • Above credentials can be configured on Auzmor Learn Settings Marketplace Ultipro by the Primary Admin

 

How to Configure UltiPro integration on Auzmor Learn LMS

  • Log in to Auzmor Learn and click your profile/initials on the top right corner
  • Go over to settings > Marketplace > HRIS > UltiPro and select configure


Here the admin will be asked to enter the following details:

  • UltiPro domain
  • UltiPro username
  • UltiPro password
  • UltiPro Client Access Key
  • UltiPro User  Access Key

These details can be found in UltiPro, once these details are entered and when checkboxes are selected click on "Activate" CTA. To know how to generate API keys from UltiPro, check here.

 

What happens after integration?

  1. When a user is created in UltiPro, a new user would automatically be created in Auzmor Learn LMS. When a user is removed from UltiPro, the user will be de-activated on Auzmor Learn and the previous data is intact
  2. After the first User Sync is done, any changes made in employee details would automatically reflect in the corresponding field in Learn LMS.
