Auzmor learn provides you with a series of capabilities to moderate the forum. 

The following are the moderations capabilities given to admins:

1. Delete any content (posts, comments & replies) of any users.
   
   1. Auzmor learn's social features allow admins to delete the content of any user across the platform so that the admin has control in terms of dictating the content.
2. Track unanswered questions or posts in the forum
   
   1. Auzmor learn allows admins to track posts/content that needs attention. If a post is left unanswered for over 24 hours, then the post is shown in the "Unanswered Questions" section on the Forums tab.
   2. This section gives a quick overview of all the posts that need attention.
   3. Here any post that is left without any activity is brought to the attention of the admin. Now admin can decide what action is to be taken. When someone (including admin) comments on the post, then it gets removed from the section.
   4. Admins can also decide to answer them if required by clicking on the three-dot menu and selecting "Mark as Answered"
3. See the contents that were flagged by learners
   
   1. 1. Learners can flag content that they feel are inappropriate for the organization
      2. The admins are notified once the content is flagged. Note: If the content is flagged twice by the learners, then it is hidden from the plain sight of the learners.
      3. The admins can decide to delete it or take other actions if required
      4. Flagged contents are usually highlighted with a red flag icon or faded red shadow as shown below. To unflag content, the admin just has to click on the flagged icon on the top right side.
