How to Remove a Branch in Auzmor Learn
Role: Primary Admin
Description: In this article, you will learn how to remove a Branch from your LMS. If a branch is no longer needed, you can either deactivate it or request permanent deletion based on your requirements.
Benefits:
Simplified Account Management: Keep your LMS clean and up to date by removing unused or inactive branches.
Access Restriction: Instantly revoke branch access when deactivated to prevent further logins or training activity.
Step-by-Step Guide On how to deactivate the Branch.
Step 1: Click on Branches from the top menu to go to the branch listing page.
Step 2: Click on the three-dot menu next to the branch you want to remove.
Step 3: Delete/Deactivate Branch
To temporarily disable access but keep the data, select Deactivate.
To permanently delete the branch, raise a request with the Support Team.
Note: Deleting a branch will permanently remove all data associated with it.
