How to remove a branch?

If you no longer wish to keep a particular branch in your account, you can choose to either deactivate or delete the branch.

 

Go to the branch listing page by clicking on the “Branches” option in the top menu.

 

Click on the 3-dots menu on the branch which you want to remove.

 

If you want to immediately stop people from using it but keep the branch data, you can choose to deactivate it.

 

If you want to permanently delete the branch, you will need to raise a request with the support team. In this case, you will lose all the branch-related data.
