How to share Training with a Branch in Auzmor Learn

Role: Primary Admin & Admins

If the Primary Admin wants to allow other Admins to share content with branches, they must first enable this option in the Settings.

Description: In this article, you’ll learn how to share a training created in the Primary branch with your other branches after it is published. This avoids redundant effort and enables centralized tracking of course completions across all branches.

Benefits:

  • Centralized Course Management: Create and manage a single course from the main organization account and distribute it to all branches, no need to recreate it multiple times.

  • Avoids Duplication of Effort: Saves time and resources by eliminating the need for branch admins to build the same course separately.

  • Consistent Learner Experience: Ensures all learners across branches receive the same training content, structure, and quality.

Step by Step Guide: You may refer to the screenshots below for a step by step  guide on how to share a training with a branch.

Step 1: Access Branches Go to the Company tab from the main navigation menu, then click on Branches to view the list of all branch accounts in your LMS.

Step 2: Select the Branch Click on the branch you want to share the training with and click on Add content.

Step 3: Choose the Tab Select whether you want to share a Course, Path, or Event by clicking the corresponding tab.

Step 4: Assign the Training Select the training you want to share with the branch and click the “Assign” button.

Note:

  • You can view the count of selected courses, paths, or events displayed below the selection area.

  • You can select and assign courses, paths, and events in one go.

Additional Notes:

  • Branch Admin Access: Branch admins cannot edit a shared course. They can only assign it to users within their branch. All course settings remain controlled by the main organization.

  • Archiving or Deleting a Shared Course: If a course is archived or deleted from the main organization, it is automatically archived or deleted from all branches.

  • Sharing Direction: Courses can only be shared from the main organization to branches. Sharing from a branch to the main organization is not supported.

  • Users in Multiple Branches: If a user belongs to multiple branches and is assigned the same shared course from each, they can complete the course from any branch. Completion is recognized across all branches.

Assign a Course/Path/Event through Settings: You can assign a training by opening its Settings, selecting Accessibility, and choosing the branches you want to share that particular training with.
