Quick Overview of Learner Progress: View real-time data on how learners are performing, helping you stay informed about their progress without checking individual submissions.

Track Engagement and Completion Rates: Monitor learner engagement and course completion, allowing you to assess whether the course meets its goals.

For Administrators
To view course insights, go to Training > Courses
Search & Click on the course for which you want to view the Insights.
On the course cover page, scroll down and click on the Insights tab to navigate to the insights.
Assessments: See the status of learners’ assessments, including whether they’ve been submitted or are still pending.
Enrollments: Monitor the enrollment status of learners to ensure they are properly registered for the course.
Progress Status:
- Completions: Check which learners have successfully completed the course.
- In-Progress: Identify learners who are actively working through the course but have not yet finished.
- Certificates: Track which learners have earned certificates upon completing the course or specific milestones.
- Overdue: View any overdue tasks or assignments, helping you spot learners who may need additional reminders or support.
Training Progress:
Admins can easily track learner progress by sorting the data based on teams or individual users, providing detailed insights into various learner statuses. By clicking on "Training Progress," admins can view how learners are progressing in consuming the training itself, such as completion rates, quiz scores, and time spent on each module. This helps identify learners who may need additional support and ensure that training objectives are being met effectively.
All: View the full list of learners, showing their current status in the course.
Not Started: Identify learners who have not started the course.
Completions: See which learners have successfully completed the course indicating their progress.
In-Progress: Track learners who are actively working on the course and have not yet finished.
Failed: View learners who have not met the required criteria to pass the course so additional support can be given.
Overdue: Spot any learners who have missed deadlines on course completions, and take appropriate action.
Note: By clicking on
“Export” admins can download the course report as an Excel file.
Average Time Spent:
Gain an overview of the average time learners spend on the course, providing insight into the time being spent on the course.
Assessment Progress:
If the course includes assessments, admins can view detailed information about the assessments attempted by learners. Click on "Assessment Progress" by expanding a learner's record, admins can also check previous scores to track progress and performance over time.
Note: By clicking on “Export” admins can download the “Assessment Progress Report”.
For Managers
Managers can view both all available courses and the courses they manage.
Managers will only be able to view course insights for their respective teams.
For Learners
The learner will not be able to view course insights.
