How to view the User Report?
In this article, one can learn how to get a clearer understanding of a user’s developments in Auzmor Learn LMS using the User Report. The user report will show you the complete learning history of a user, including all their assignments, completions (and dates), overdues, certificates, and more!

For Administrators
The progress of a User’s training can be tracked by an Admin using the User Insights Report and can be downloaded by clicking Export in the User Profile.
Click the Export button found on the top left corner of the User Insights section.
User Report Template
The first sheet in the report is an overview of the User’s historical progress within Auzmor Learn.
For Managers
A manager is only allowed to view User Reports of members belonging to the Team(s) assigned to them. To view User Insights a manager must click the new Insights tab that has been added to the User Profile. To reach User Insights Click the “People” tab and then Select “View Profile” from the “Individuals” section. The format of this sheet shall be the same as that of the Admin. Only difference being the manager will be provided Course and User information relevant to Teams managed and not for other users outside their Team
For Learners
A learner would not have access to view their own User Report or anybody else’s in the organization.
