In this article we will explain how to view the Insights of Individual users within your Auzmor Learn LMS. User insights give you an easy way to quickly glean important progress and learning data from a user's profile.

For Administrators

An Admin can extract User insights for any user within Auzmor Learn LMS.  To get to User Insights an Admin must click the new Insights tab that has been added to the User Profile section. To reach User Insights Click the “People” tab and then select “View Profile” from any of user tiles in the “Individuals” section.

From the User Insights an Admin can understand a few key aspects of a User's development within Auzmor Learn.

How a candidate has performed on Assessments for all courses can be understood from the Assessment Progress graph below.

The final section of User Insights would be a representation of the time spent by a User in Auzmor Learn.  

For Managers

A manager is allowed to view User Insights on every member who is a member of the teams assigned to them and to view User Insights a manager must click the new Insights tab that has been added to the User Profile. To reach User Insights Click the “People” tab and then select “View Profile” from the “Individuals” section.

For Learners

A learner would not have access to view their own User Insights or anybody else’s in the organization.
