Auzmor Learn has introduced the ability to import enrollments to a training. Admins and managers will now be able to easily copy enrollments from multiple trainings to one training. We're also supporting enrollments to be added and imported to trainings in the draft state.

What will you be able to do?

With these features, you'll be able to:

• quickly copy users and teams from any related training
• select multiple trainings for importing their enrollments
• choose to import between:
  
  • users who were assigned the selected trainings, or
  • all users added to the selected trainings
• duplicate the relationships that exist in the selected trainings between all users and teams added to each training
• add enrollments in draft trainings so that admins can plan and queue learners who should be added to the training as soon as it is published

How to Import Enrollments (For Admins and Primary Admins)

When you're logged on to Learn from the admin view, here's what you need to do to import enrollments:

• Step 1: Open a training and go to its "Enrollments" tab.
  You'll find a highlighted option to "Import" users from other trainings.
  
  
• Step 2: Click on the "Import" button.
  When you click on it, you'll see a popup that lists all the trainings present in your organization with at least 1 user enrolled in them. You'll also be able to view the number of enrollments for each training. You'll even be able to find specific trainings that you're looking for by searching and/or filtering through the list.
  
  
• Step 3: Select the trainings from which you want to import the enrollments and click on "Import."
  You'll be shown a consolidated list of users and teams that were added to all the selected trainings. You can go back to add or remove the trainings selected for importing enrollments, or you can proceed with the present selection by clicking on "Continue."
  
  
• Step 4: Click on "Continue" to import the enrollments from the selected trainings.
  Once done, you'll be given a confirmation of the import action along with the operation logs for easy monitoring.

How to Import Enrollments (For Managers)

Managers will have access to the same functionalities and can follow the same workflows as the admins to import enrollments. However, managers will only be able to import users and teams that they manage.

Enrollments that are imported to draft trainings will not be notified until 
after the training is published. When the training gets published, all queued
enrollments will be immediately sent out to the respective users and teams.
