List View for Courses

List View for Courses

For Administrators

Administrators can now view entities in list format in the Courses section.

  1. Go over to the Courses Tab.
  2. Click the “Four Square” icon.
  3. Select “list” from the drop down.
  4. The new View settings will change the display for all tabs within the Courses section (All, Published, Drafts and Archived)
  5. Each view (Grid, Category and List) can now be sorted in few different ways:
    • Alphabetically
    • By Creation date
    • Last Updated
    • Course Custom field

For Manager

Managers can now view entities in list format in the Courses section.


  1. Go over to the Courses Tab.
  2. Click the “Four Square” icon.
  3. Select “list” from the drop down.
  4. The new View settings will change the display for all tabs within the Courses section (All, Published, Drafts and Archived)
  5. Each view (Grid, Category and List) can now be sorted in few different ways:
    • Alphabetically
    • By Creation date
    • Last Updated
    • Course Custom field

The new List view icons for people are not available to a manager as they cannot delete any user or make changes to Teams assigned to them.

For Learners

Learner can now create a List View for the Course Library.

  1. Go over to the Library Tab.
  2. Click the “Foure Square icon.
  3. Select “list” from the drop down.
  4. Each view (Grid, Category and List) can now be sorted in a few different ways:

    • Alphabetically
    • By Creation date
    • Last updated
    • Course Custom fields
