Description: This article demonstrates how you can access a well organized list of all training in Auzmor Learn.
Role: Admins and Managers
Benefits:
Easy to Navigate: The list view is user-friendly, making it simple for anyone to find what they're looking for without confusion.
Improved Tracking and Management: This layout allows users to easily keep track of their training and upcoming sessions, making scheduling and planning more efficient.
For Admins: Admins can view training in a List format in the Courses section.
Step 1: Go to Training > Courses tab. Click the Tile icon, and Select List from the dropdown menu.

Step 2: The updated View will adjust the display across all tabs within the Courses section (All, Published, Drafts, and Archived).

Step 3: Each view (Grid, Category, and List) can be sorted by Last Updated, Highly Rated, Poorly Rated, A-Z, Create Date, Last Updated, By Duration as well as additional ways below:
By Categories: Sort the sessions based on their specific category or type, making it easier to find training that fits your needs.
By Ratings: Sort the sessions based on user ratings, so you can easily find the highest-rated or most popular trainings.
By Creators: Sort by the creator of the training, helping you find content created by specific users.
By Others: Other sorting options include:
Private: Training that is restricted and not visible to everyone.
Public: Training that is available to all users.
With Certificate: Training that offers a certificate upon completion.
With Materials: Training that includes additional learning materials.
No Enrollments: Sessions with no current enrollments.
No Assessment: Sessions that don't require any assessments.
Shared: Sessions that are shared with other branches.
Requiring E-Signature: Sessions that require an electronic signature to complete.

Step 4: In the All and Published sections, you will have three available actions to perform on a course.

- Option to Archive the Course.

- Option to Delete the course.

- Option to Duplicate the Course (The duplicated course will appear in Drafts once completed).
Step 5: For courses in the Drafts section, there will be an additional option alongside the ones available for Published courses.
- Option to Publish the course Now or Later.

Step 6: For training in the Archived section, there will be an option to move the course back to Drafts.

Managers: Managers can view courses in the List view from both All Courses and Managed Courses.
Path and Events:
Admins need to follow the same steps above to duplicate a Path or Event.
