Make a course publicly accessible with public web link
The following type of courses can be shared publicly
- Native
- AICC
- SCORM
- OpenSesame
Learners need to sign in to Auzmor learn to check their assigned courses and complete them. There will be scenarios where admins need to create and share certain courses outside the user base. For such and other related cases, admins can take advantage of the following course setting under "visibility" section
To let someone take a course without logging in to the system, turn "Enable public web link" option in course settings. Once enabled, a unique public link is generated for admins to copy and share.
Click "Update" for the link to actually go live
*Training sessions that are done this way are not counted against the license
