Mobile App Release 3.1.1 introduces My Insights, a new learner dashboard experience that provides visibility into training progress, assessment performance, and learning activity directly from the mobile app.
My Insights gives learners access to their own learning data on the go, making it easier to track progress, review assessment results, and export learning records without logging into the web platform.
A new My Insights option is available from the learner menu in the mobile app.
Selecting My Insights opens a dedicated dashboard where learners can review training and assessment information related to their own account.
The Training Progress section provides a consolidated view of learning activity across courses and events.
Learners can:
View total training hours completed
Track completion progress across assigned trainings
Monitor training status, including Completed, In Progress, Not Started, Failed, and Overdue
Search and filter learning records
View details for individual courses, learning paths, events, and sessions
This helps learners understand their current learning status and identify outstanding training requirements.
The Assessment Progress section provides visibility into assessment activity and results.
Learners can:
Review assessment attempts
View scores and results
Access assessment history
Review individual assessment records and outcomes
Search and filter assessment data
This allows learners to track performance and revisit previous assessment activity directly from their mobile device.
Learners can export their personal learning report from the My Insights dashboard.
The exported report contains only the learner’s own data and can be used for:
Performance reviews
Compliance tracking
Certification audits
Personal development planning
My Insights helps learners:

Access learning records from anywhere
Export personal learning reports when needed
Manage learning activities without relying on administrator-generated reports
A field employee wants to check their training status before an upcoming compliance review.
