Release 4.5.1 introduces My Profile, a redesigned learner experience that brings together profile information, learning records, certificates, files, assessments, and activity into a single, centralized location.
This update helps learners manage their profile, track training progress, review assessment performance, and access learning records more easily without needing administrator support.
As part of this release, a new Insights tab has been added to provide learners with a dedicated view of their training and assessment progress.
Learners can access My Profile from the user menu.
With this update, learner-related content has been reorganized into the My Profile experience. The existing Settings page is now focused only on:
Account Credentials
Notifications
All other learner-related information and records are now available within My Profile.
Learners have two quick ways to jump straight to their Insights, without opening My Profile and selecting the tab manually:
From the user menu: A new My Insights entry (marked with a New badge) appears in the user menu, alongside My Profile. Selecting it opens the Insights tab directly.
From the home screen: A new My Insights widget shows the learner's completion rate and training breakdown at a glance. Selecting View All opens the Insights tab for the full view.
My Profile brings together existing learner experiences and introduces a new Insights capability.
The Basic Details tab contains the learner’s profile information.
Depending on organizational configuration, learners may be able to update:
Name and contact information
Job title
Time zone
Language preferences
Custom profile fields
System-managed fields such as email, role, and account status remain read-only.
The Insights tab is a new addition that provides learners with visibility into their learning progress and assessment activity.
Learners can:
View training hours across assigned learning activities
Track training completion progress
Review assessment attempts, scores, and results
Search and filter learning records
Export their personal learning report
All data shown is limited to the individual learner.
The Certificates tab provides access to certificates earned through completed training programs.
Learners can view and download certificates from their profile.
The Files tab provides access to documents and files associated with the learner’s training activities.
The Assessments tab allows learners to view their assessment history and related records.
The Insights tab includes an option to export a personal learning report.
The exported report contains only the learner’s own data and can be used for:
Performance reviews
Compliance tracking
Certification records
Personal development planning
My Profile helps learners:
Access all learning-related information in one place
Track training and assessment progress
View certificates and learning records
Export personal learning data when needed
Monitor activity without relying on administrators
By consolidating these experiences, learners gain better visibility into their learning journey and achievements.
A learner preparing for a performance review wants to review their completed training, assessment results, and certificates.
Using My Profile, they can update their profile information, review progress in the Insights tab, access certificates, and export a learning report — all from a single location.
The Insights tab is new, all other tabs consolidate existing experiences.
Existing Certificates, Files, Assessments, and Activity data remain unchanged.
Settings continues to manage account credentials and notification preferences.
No data migration or loss is involved in this update.
