New Summary section for Courses, Teams and Users

New Summary section for Courses, Teams and Users

In this article, you will learn how to view the new Summary section for Course/Team/Users. Previously accessible only from the Insights section, now you can now perform this from within the “Courses” and “People” Tab.

For Administrator

Course Summary

The new Course summary is placed conveniently to enable admins to go over details of a particular course.


  1. Go over to the Courses Tab.
  2. Click View Course.
  3. Click the new “Summary” tab that has been added. This section can also be viewed by scrolling down to the end of the course page.
  4. In the summary section details of all users belonging to a particular course can be found segregated according to different learning stages.
  5. Clicking any stage will list all users who are currently in that particular stage.
  6. Details of users will be updated every time  a learning stage is selected.
  7. A time stamp shall be displayed against every users for the learning stage in question.

Team Summary

The new Team summary is placed conveniently to enable admins to go over details of a particular team.


  1. Go over to the People Tab.
  2. Select Teams.
  3. Click “View Team” by hovering over a particular Team’s tile.
  4. Click the new “Summary” tab that has been added.
  5. In the summary section details of all users belonging to a team are categorized as per their learning stages.
  6. Clicking any stage will list all users who belong to that particular stage.
  7. Details of users will be updated every time other learning stages are selected.
  8. On the right are the courses that the user is currently in for the particular stage. Hovering over the courses will reveal remaining courses for user in the specific stage.

User Summary

The new User summary is placed conveniently to enable admins to go over details of a particular user.

  1. Go over to the People Tab.
  2. Select Individuals.
  3. Click “View Profile” by hovering over a particular User's tile.
  4. Click the new “Summary” tab that has been added.
  5. In the summary section details of all courses tied to a particular user are segregated as per learning stages.
  6. Clicking any stage will list all courses in that particular stage.
  7. Details of courses will be updated every time other learning stages are selected.
  8. On the right a date stamp shall be displayed as to when this stage had occurred for the course.

 

For Manager

Course Summary

The Course Summary section will be made available to the Managers within Auzmor Learn. However, the data displayed to Managers will be restricted to only the teams managed by him/her and not of the other users/teams across Auzmor Learn.

  1. Go over to the Courses Tab.
  2. Click View Course.
  3. Click the new “Summary” tab that has been added. This section can also be viewed by scrolling down to the end of the course page.

For Learners

Learners do not have access to the Summary section.
