Outlook Calendar Integration In Auzmor Learn

Outlook Calendar Integration In Auzmor Learn

Overview

Auzmor Learn supports direct integration with Microsoft Outlook Calendar to simplify and automate scheduling for Instructor-Led Trainings (ILTs) or Events. When an event is created in Auzmor Learn, it automatically appears on the Outlook calendar of the event organizer and sends calendar invitations to all assigned participants.

This helps reduce manual work for training administrators, ensures timely attendance, and improves overall training visibility across the organization.

Benefits of Outlook Calendar Integration

Instructor-Led Trainings (ILTs) or Events in Auzmor Learn are scheduled live sessions - either in-person or virtual - that require real-time participation from both instructors and learners. These sessions could include compliance programs, new hire onboarding, technical workshops, and leadership seminars.

Outlook Calendar integration makes it easier to manage these sessions by:

  • Automatically syncing the event to the organizer’s Outlook calendar.

  • Sending calendar invites to all registered participants so they’re reminded in their daily workflow.

  • Embedding meeting links (e.g., Teams, Zoom) and event notes directly in the calendar invite.

  • Automatically updating or removing the event in Outlook if any changes are made within Auzmor Learn.

This ensures learners never miss a session, and organizers don’t need to manually coordinate scheduling across platforms.
