Quick Course Creation: Build Courses in 7 Easy Steps

Description: The Quick Course Creation feature allows administrators and content creators to quickly add content to Auzmor Learn in just minutes. You can easily include videos, PDFs, PowerPoints, and other documents to create courses for users.

- Compliance Documents: Easily add documents that need to be reviewed.
- Training Videos: Quickly incorporate videos for onboarding or other company-based training programs.
Step by Step Guide: You may refer to the steps below for a step by step guide on how to build courses within the “Quick Course Builder”.
Step 1: Courses Tab: From your admin view, click on your "Training" tab on your navigation bar and click “Courses” within the dropdown menu.
Step 2: Navigate to Course Creation: Click on the + sign and select ‘’Quick Course creation’’ option.
Step 3: Enter Course Details: Once you click on “create course" you will see the option to add:

Title: Give your course a name.
- Select Category: Choose an appropriate category.
- Upload Banner: Add a banner image for the course.
- Description: Provide a brief summary of the course content.
- Custom Fields: Custom Fields are optional information that can be added at a course level for users such as:
- Class Level: This indicates the difficulty of the course, such as Beginner, Intermediate, or Advanced. [Example: A course titled "Intro to Programming" might have a class level set to "Beginner."]
- Credits for Course: This shows how many credits or points a student can earn upon completion. [Example: A course might offer "3 credits" for successful completion, which can count towards a degree or certification.]
-Prerequisite: Lists any required courses or knowledge before enrolling. Example: For a course on "Machine Learning," a prerequisite might be "Introduction to Programming."
-Advanced Prep: Suggests any preparation that might help students succeed in the course. Example: A course on "Public Speaking" might recommend "Practice presenting in front of friends."
Step 4: Add Lessons: Once all of the initial course details are added, lessons can be easily uploaded to the course builder.
- Choose File: Click on "Choose File" to upload video files, PowerPoint presentations, PDF documents, or DOC files. You can also embed content from external websites.
- Add Video: Upload video files or embed videos from platforms like YouTube. This makes your course interactive and engaging.
- Add PowerPoint: Upload your presentation files. These slides will be integrated as lessons within the course, preserving their original layout and design.
- Add PDF: Upload PDF documents, which can include supplementary materials or detailed guides for your learners.
- Add Webpage: Include URLs or embed content from external websites directly into your course. This feature provides learners with additional resources and interactive content.
Step 5: Add Assessment: Once the lessons are created, you can add assessment questions to the course by selecting the options below one by one or by using bulk upload.
Multiple Choice: Choose multiple answers from a list.
Single Choice: Learners will choose one answer from a list.
Ordering: Put items in the correct order.
Free Text: Write a response in your own words.
Upload File: Attach a file as your answer.
Matching: Match items from two lists.
Fill in the Blank: Fill in missing words in a sentence.
Step 6: Create Certificate: You can create a certificate for the course by adding one or more attributes to the sample templates provided, and save your design for future use.
Step 7: Course Settings: At last, you can choose the course settings and review all the added content to ensure everything is correct. Once you're satisfied, click 'Publish' to make the course available to the respective learners.
Note: You can change the settings of your course at any time.
