Auzmor Learn LMS can now integrate with Zenefits HRIS to automatically create users in Learn LMS as and when new employees are added to your Zenefits account.

In this article you will understand technical requirements of the integration and learn how to configure Learn LMS to start syncing user data from Zenefits HRIS.

Once the integration is complete Webhooks can be enabled to ensure every user detail field on Learn LMS gets updated automatically when a change is made on Zenefits. 

Scope of Integration

1. When a user is created in Zenefits, a new user would automatically be created in Auzmor Learn LMS
2. After the first User Sync is done, any changes made in employee details would automatically reflect in the corresponding field in Learn LMS using Webhooks.

How to configure

1. Enter login URL of Zenefits in the browser
2. Enter your credentials
3. Click the Options menu icon (Three Horizontal Lines) in the top left corner of the Home page
4. Click Company Profile under the ADMIN APPS
5. Click Custom Integrations in the Company Profile menu
6. Click the Add Token in the REST API ACCESS section
7. Click the Save button to create the token
8. Click the Eye(view) icon to view the generated API Key.
9. To Create webhook click Custom Integrations and click Add Webhook in the Webhook section.

10. Select the employments.did_change event, enter the Auzmor callback API url  and click Add button

11. Once the webhook is created it would be listed in the page
