Enabling and Configuring Tasks as a Module on Auzmor Learn
Tasks are a powerful module on Auzmor Learn that allows for an interactive learning experience for learners. It has the versatility to be used in a multitude of use cases and can allow learners to plan their Tasks by adding their own subtasks, tailoring the response type of subtasks, seeking reviews from other LMS users, and so much more.
This article will guide you through the process of enabling and configuring tasks as a module on Auzmor Learn.
Enabling or Disabling Tasks for an Organization on Learn
Primary Admins can enable or disable Tasks as a module by following the simple steps below:
- Log in to the admin view, click the profile dropdown and open the organization settings.
- Browse through the left navigation panel and click on "Modules". Here you will see "Tasks" listed under the Trainings section.
- Click on "Enable" and confirm it.
Tasks will now be available as a module to all users on their respective dashboards.
You can follow the same steps and simply click on "Disable" to disable tasks for all users.
Configuring Tasks for Your Organization
Once Tasks has been enabled as a module, you will have the ability to configure if managers and learners can create tasks, and if users who have been assigned a task created by others will be allowed to add subtasks to it.

As an admin, follow the below steps to configure Tasks once it has been enabled by the primary admin for your organization :
Here's what each of them does:
- Allow Managers to Create Tasks - Enabling this will allow managers to create tasks and assign it to users that are added to their teams on LMS.
- Allow Learners to Create Tasks - Enabling this will allow learners to freely create tasks for themselves. Learners will be able to configure the entire content structure of the Tasks that they create for themselves including title, description, subtasks, due dates, reviewers, and more.
- Allow Assignees to create Subtasks to Assigned Tasks - Enabling this will allow assignees to create subtasks within tasks that have been assigned to them by other users. Note that assignees will always be able to create subtasks for tasks that they create for themselves.
