How to configure 15Five?
15Five is a human-centered performance management platform that creates effective managers, highly engaged employees and top-performing organizations.
From engagement surveys and 1-on-1 tools to performance reviews and OKRs, 15Five is the most complete solution that combines software, education and community to develop successful managers and unlock peak employee performance.
To integrate with 15Five, you can go to settings > marketplace and scroll to the HRIS section and find 15Five listed.
Click on configure and a pop-up will appear with options to add API key.
You can copy and paste the API key from your 15Five app and choose to enable department data sync. To know more about how to generate API key on 15Five, click here.
Once the configuration is complete, all the user data will be retrieved from your 15Five account and added to the LMS. Any changes you make in future will get updated automatically.
