Viewing Survey Responses

Admins can look at the responses that each learner provides to surveys as well as download a full response sheet that includes all the responses for each question of the survey.

Viewing Responses of a User at a Time

Here's what admins need to do to view responses of users who have submitted responses for a user:

  • Open a learning path that has a survey configured.
You will see a 'Surveys' tab on the details page of such learning paths,
  • Click on the 'Surveys' tab.
You will see a list of all the users who have submitted a response to those surveys.
  • Find the user whose response you want to view. Click on the 'view' button next to that user's submission.
You will be taken to a new page where you will see all the questions listed along with all the responses that the user has provided. Each section will be paginated.
  • You can click on 'Next User' or 'Previous User' to view a different user's responses.

Downloading the full response sheet

If you want to pull the data for the responses provided by all the users, you need to go to the 'Surveys' tab of the desired path. You'll see an 'Export' option at the top right of that section. Click on it and a file will be downloaded which has the responses from all the users for all the questions in a single file.
