Coupons: List Page
If you have E-commerce enabled on your platform, admins can view all coupons created on the branch by hovering on the E-commerce option on the top navigation bar and clicking on Coupons.
Here, you will see a list of all coupons created on the platform.
This page will give you a list of all coupons along with the following attributes in the respective columns:
- Coupon ID - A unique ID for each coupon for traceability purposes.
- Coupon Code - The alphanumeric code that users will apply at the checkout to redeem the corresponding coupon.
- Date of Creation (Created on) - The date on which the coupon was originally created. This is also the default sorting criteria for this list.
- Validity - The dates for which the coupon is valid. Coupons in the draft state may or may not have these fields filled. In case a coupon does not have an end date, only the starting date will be depicted.
- Discount - The discount value (percentage or flat) that the coupon offers.
- Redemptions - The number of times that the coupon has been redeemed by users. If a coupon has a redemption limit, this field will also show that as a denomination.
- Earned - This is the net value of revenue that the coupon has brought in. This is calculated by adding the final transacting value (after coupon discount) for all the orders in which the coupon was used.
- Status - The current state a coupon is at in its life cycle.
Each coupon will be found in one of the following states:
1. Draft
2. Active
3. Scheduled
4. Inactive
5. Expired
Depending on the state they're in, coupons will exhibit different options and behaviors.
