How to add pricing for your Training
If e-commerce is enabled for your organization, you have the ability to choose which courses get added to your e-commerce store front.
To start marketing a course, you are required to enable pricing and input the price at which you want to market your courses.
Add pricing when creating a course
- While creating a course you will find an additional step called "Pricing"
- Check "Price" option and input an amount in the text box to add the course in question to your E-Commerce store.
- Click on "Save and Continue" to make this Training available for trainees ( guest users ) to purchase from your E-commerce store front.
How to assign E-commerce Training to Employees (Learners)
When price is added to an existing course the Accessibility of that course is automatically changed to Private. To make this course available to Learners (Employees) change accessibility to Public.
How to give free access to E-commerce Training
Training which has a price can be given for free by the Admin provided the Trainee is already part of the LMS by making a purchase. Admin can assign a course/path that has pricing to the Trainee to give them free access.
How to add a discounted price to Training
When adding pricing to a course/path you will find an option to enter a discounted price, check this box and add the discounted price. An expiry can also be set for the discounted price, which can be edited by clicking the edit icon.
