How to change the password of a user?
Sometimes the users forget their password and are unable to login. They can reach out to the admins and get it done
Admins have permission to change the password of a manager or learner. They cannot change it for other admins. Only primary admin can change for admins
How to change?
- Go to People and pick the user you want to edit
- On the Basic tab, you will find an edit icon on the top right. When you click on it, you get a drop down with options - edit profile, delete profile, change password
- When you choose the change password option, you see a pop-up with new password and confirm password option
- Once they are editable, enter the new data and click on the save button at the bottom of the screen
An email will be sent to the user, informing him/her about the change. We recommend you to inform them personally so that they don's miss out on this critical information
