Auzmor Learn LMS can now integrate with Rippling HRIS to automatically create users in Learn LMS as and when new employees are added to your Rippling account.

In this article you will understand technical requirements of the integration and learn how to configure Learn LMS to start syncing user data from Rippling HRIS.

Once the integration is complete Webhooks can be enabled to ensure every user detail field on Learn LMS gets updated automatically when a change is made on Rippling. 

Scope of Integration

1. When a user is created in Rippling, a new user would automatically be created in Auzmor Learn LMS
2. After the first User Sync is done, any changes made in employee details would automatically reflect in the corresponding field in Learn LMS using Webhooks.

How to configure

1. Enter the Rippling login URL in the browser
2. Enter your credentials in the login page.Create API Key:
3. Click the Company Settings in main menu in the Rippling home page
4. Click the API Access tab in the Company Settings page
5. Click Create API Key link in the API Access page
6. Enter a Name for the API Key
7. Under Permissions, select ALL the Employee Permissions. Once it is done click the Save button
8. Input API Key to Rippling Configuration in Learn LMS.
