The most fastest, most smartest and interactive course authoring tool is now integrated with Learn LMS. This module would fall under the Interactive Course creation and needs to be enabled by the Primary Admin for all Admins to start using. 

For simple PDF's, Docs and videos the "Quick Course Creation" can be used where you upload individual lesson files to create a course in the LMS which you can assign to your Learner.

For Primary Admin

How to configure Knowbly in Learn LMS

1) Log in as Primary Admin and Go to Settings by clicking your name in the top right.

2) Under Marketplace, look for the Course Authoring dropdown and click "Contact Us" to forward activation request to Auzmor Support.

How to Enable Knowbly

1) Log in as Primary Admin and Go to Settings by clicking your name in the top right.

2) Click Marketplace on the Left and go to Course Authoring dropdown click Activate under Knowbly.

How to Publish a Knowbly authored course

1) Login to Learn LMS and go to Courses. Click the plus icon at the bottom right and go to Author course under "Interactive Learning"

2) Follow course creation steps to Launch the Knowbly authoring tool in Learn LMS. Once done creating the lesson click the "gear icon" on the top right and click Publish.

3) Click "Send to Auzmor"

4) Proceed with remaining LMS course creation steps if required

-- Completion Certificate

-- Course Settings

Once Published all Knowbly courses would be found in the "Published" tab under Courses along with the rest of the courses. Knowbly courses maybe added to Learning Paths as well.

How to edit a Knowbly authored course

Courses published through Knowbly can also be edited at any point of time.

1) Click "View Course" under Published tab and go to Course Content and click Edit Content

2) This will launch Knowbly, make changes to the content and click the Gear Icon and Publish

3) Click Send to Auzmor to be brought back to course profile page

For Administrators

For Managers

Managers will only be able to assign interactive courses created by the Admin to their team members and cannot create them in the LMS

For Learners

Users can only launch/self enroll for Interactive courses created through Knowbly.
