Bulk Upload Of Users With Custom Fields

Description: In this article, you'll learn how admins can efficiently bulk upload users to Auzmor Learn LMS using a predefined template.

Benefits:

Update User Profiles in One Step:Efficiently update user profiles and custom information without manual entry.

Here are the steps to perform these actions:

Step 1: Log in to the Auzmor Learn as an Admin and go to the People tab.




Step 2: Click the + icon in the bottom right corner, hover over Invite People, and click Add People.





Step 3: Click the Download the template on the top of the screen and open the downloaded Spreadsheet.




Step 4: Below are the steps to Enter Details to the User Upload Spreadsheet

The spreadsheet would contain two tabs: Custom Fields (Tab 1) and User Data with Custom fields (Tab 2).

Custom Fields (Optional) - 1st Tab: Enter your own organizations custom fields for your users by entering the field names and selecting the appropriate field type. Example fields are provided in the spreadsheet and can be modified as needed.



User Data with Custom fields - 2nd Tab: Enter User details in the 2nd tab and fill all values for Custom Fields 

Please note:

1. When creating a Checkbox type Custom Field the values must either be TRUE or FALSE.
2. For List type Custom Fields, Field values need to be entered in the first tab and the same values need to be used when entering data in the 2nd tab for new users who are being invited.
3. Remove all unnecessary Custom Fields from the spreadsheet (Both tabs) before uploading it to the LMS.




Step 5: Once you're done, Save the File and upload the saved sheet to the LMS, then click on Send Invitation.
