Bulk Operation to update User Details of multiple profiles
Version 2.7 of Auzmor Learn can now perform bulk operations like updating user details for multiple profiles in a single action. User details that can be updated in bulk are the following:
- Role in LMS
- Job Title
- Account Status
- Default Timezone
- User Custom fields
- Go over to the People Tab
- Select the Users that you would like to make changes to.
- Click the pencil Icon.
- Select the User details that need to be updated and input the values in the relevant fields.
- Click Continue.
- Review the list of changes and click continue.
- Click Apply to initiate the change
- A User wise list of the requested changes shall be displayed and every request with a "Check" means that it was processed successfully. Items with a "!" mean that they were not completed due to an existing data inconsistency. For instance, if a user is yet to accept the invitation to join Auzmor Learn LMS, a request for profile changes cannot be executed.
For Manager
A manager cannot any perform bulk operation to edit User details.
For Learners
A Learner cannot perform any bulk operation to edit User details.
