How to include custom fields in custom analytics?
In this article, you will learn how to include Custom fields into your reports. The settings for your custom fields (Course and User level) must be updated to accommodate them in Custom Analytics.
For Administrators
An admin can make changes to the Custom Field settings for Courses and Users. In order to include Custom Fields in your reporting the settings need to be right. Use below instructions to make changes to your Custom Field settings.

After the settings for the Custom Fields have been verified, the fields would show up as an Attribute in the Custom Analytics section for you to start building your report. This applies to both User and Course Custom Fields. 
For Managers
A manager can include Custom fields (Course or User) while building a new Report for the teams and users managed by them. Inorder to allow them access to these attributes within Custom Analytics, the Custom Field settings must be updated by the admin. Managers do not have access to make any changes to Custom Field settings. Steps for running report on Custom Fields is explained below.
For Learners
Learners do not have access to Insights section and cannot build any reports.
