How to Archive / Restore Scheduled Reports
How to Archive / Restore Scheduled Reports
If a Scheduled Report configured within the LMS (Scheduled/Unscheduled) is no longer relevant for the Admin/Managers/Learners they can be Archived. By doing so they will be removed from the list of Reports. If they need to be accessed again an Archived report can be Restored whenever required bringing them back to the list of reports.
For Administrators
Archiving Reports
- Log in to Learn LMS and click "Reports" tab from the top
- From the list of reports Search for the Report you wish to Archive.
- After you have found the report, hover over the three dots and click "Archive"
Restoring an Archived Report
- Log in to Learn LMS and click "Reports" tab from the top
- Select the check box that says "Include Archived"
- From the list of reports Search for the Report you wish to Restore.
- You will be able to see all the Archived Reports now differentiated with a higher transparency. After you have found the report, hover over the three dots and click "Restore"
For Managers
Managers can also generate scheduled reports for different entities ( User / Teams / Course/ Path / Events / Organization) for his/her team members. An Admin can also make Manager(s) as the recipient for any scheduled report which is active.
Follow instructions given in "For Administrators"
For Learners
Learners cannot configure Scheduled reports. An Admin/Manager can make learner(s) as the recipient for any Scheduled report which is active.
