How to Stop/Pause or Restart/Set a Scheduled Report

How to Stop/Pause or Restart/Set a Scheduled Report

Scheduled Reports can be stopped and restarted by Admins whenever required depending on the need.

For Administrators

Stop/Pause Schedule

  1. Log in to Learn LMS and click "Reports" tab from the top
  2. From the list of reports Search for the Report for which you wish to stop/pause schedule.
  3. Against the report under Quick Actions click the green schedule iconmceclip0.png
  4. Click Stop Schedule
  5. click Savemceclip1.png

Re-start/Set Schedule

  1. Log in to Learn LMS and click "Reports" tab from the top
  2. From the list of reports Search for the Report for which you wish to stop/pause schedule.
  3. Against the report under Quick Actions click the pink schedule iconmceclip0.png
  4. Set Frequency of report - Daily, weekly on Monday, Weekly same day as today, Every weekday, Annually
  5. Add other Recipients for the report if required. Everyone shall get an email when the report is generated
  6. Click "Start Schedule"
  7. Click "Save"mceclip1.png

For Managers

Managers can also generate scheduled reports for different entities ( User / Teams / CoursePath / Events / Organization) for his/her team members. An Admin can also make Manager(s) as the recipient for any scheduled report which is active. 

Follow instructions given in "For Administrators"

For Learners

Learners cannot configure Scheduled reports. An Admin/Manager can make learner(s) as the recipient for any Scheduled report which is active.
