How to configure Scheduled Reports for Users, Teams, Courses, Events and Paths
With the new Reports section Learn LMS will be able to generate reports for you without any Admin having to manually export them from Insights page of ( User / Teams / Course/ Path / Events / Organization)
For Administrators
- Log in to Learn LMS and click "Reports" tab from the top
- Click the plus Icon from the bottom right corner
- Select the type of entity for which you want to generate a report

Scheduled Report - Course
- Type Report name
- Add Course(s)
- Click Save & Run Report

Scheduled Report - Teams
- Type Report name
- Add Team(s)
- Click Save & Run Report

Scheduled Report - Users
- Type Report name
- Add User(s), use team filter or search for specific users
- Click Save & Run Report

Scheduled Report - Events
- Type Report name
- Add Events(s), use filter or search for specific event
- Click Save & Run Report

Scheduled Report - Paths
- Type Report name
- Add Paths(s), use filter or search for specific paths
- Click Save & Run Report

For Managers
Managers can also generate scheduled reports for different entities ( User / Teams / Course/ Path / Events / Organization) for his/her team members. An Admin can also make Manager(s) as the recipient for any scheduled report which is active.
Follow instructions given in "For Administrators"
For Learners
Learners cannot configure Scheduled reports. An Admin/Manager can make learner(s) as the recipient for any Scheduled report which is active.
