How to search for Scheduled Reports using filters
The Reports section of Learn LMS acts as a repository for all LMS related data and there are a couple of different ways for us to look for specific reports. Following are the options
For Administrators
- Log in to Learn LMS and click "Reports" tab from the top
- Use the lens icon to search by report name.
- Filter using type of Report ( User / Teams / Course/ Path / Events / Organization)
- Filter reports that were generated during a specific time period
- Filter based on their Schedule status (No Schedule/Scheduled/Stopped Schedule)
For Managers
Managers can also generate scheduled reports for different entities ( User / Teams / Course/ Path / Events / Organization) for his/her team members. An Admin can also make Manager(s) as the recipient for any scheduled report which is active.
Follow instructions given in "For Administrators"
For Learners
Learners cannot configure Scheduled reports. An Admin/Manager can make learner(s) as the recipient for any Scheduled report which is active.
