General forums are meant to allow users to engage with each other in discussions outside the training. It lets users learn from each other and enables true social learning

Creation:

1. Go to the Forums option on the top menu and click on + icon at the bottom right corner of the screen

2. Once you click on the Add icon, you'll be taken to the Forum creation page

Here, you'll have to create a title & description for the channel.

Example:

Title: Marketing discussion

Description: Discuss topics related to marketing & marketing team-related points here.

Delete & archive channels 

1. Deleting channels removes all the content from the channels
2. Archiving the channel hides it from the sight of the users but you can still view it in archived mode and republish it

You can also delete, archive, or edit the channel from the forum page.
