Manager Role
Apart from creating courses and adding users, admins were responsible to assign courses to learners and teams. With managers, admins can focus on course creation while managers can take of assigning courses to teams and tracking the training progress of learners within the teams they manage.
Primary Admin Role
We made some changes in how we manage admin permission. Primary is the admin who can change organizations settings and branding. Primary Admin is the role with unrestricted access in the system and there can only be one primary admin in the account.
For a quick summary of roles, refer to "Roles in Auzmor Learn" and for a detailed permission breakup, refer to "Roles & Permissions"
Improved support for AICC Courses
Many customers create courses on Auzmor learn by importing AICC packages. We saw great success with this when courses are already hosted either at a provider side or anywhere else in the web. With this improvement, customers can import and host courses on Auzmor learn. Courses created on course author tools like Articulate that creates AICC packages with the complete course content are now supported. With this release, customers can create native assessments for AICC courses.
For a detailed walkthrough of importing & launching AICC courses, please refer "AICC Courses in Auzmor Learn"
Support for SCORM Courses
SCORM is possibly the most popular eLearning standard out there. Customers can now import SCORM packages to create courses in Auzmor Learn. For a detailed walkthrough, please refer to "SCORM Courses in Auzmor Learn"
Publicly shareable course
This improvement addresses scenarios that demand availability of a course for learners who do not login into the system. More details on this can be found in "Make a course publicly accessible with public web link"
