Auzmor learn provides an option to enable or disable social for your organization.

Go to Settings > Social Learning

Here you'll have the option to enable or disable social.

1. Enabling social will turn on forums for all trainings and create a new Forums section with 2 default forums - General and FAQs. Learners will also get social notifications and will be able to see the My Activity section. 
2. Disabling social will turn off forums for training & general forums. Learners will also stop getting social notifications and will not be able to see the My Activity section. 

Apart from these settings, the admin can turn off forums for a particular course by going to course settings. On the general channels, an admin can archive a channel and make it inaccessible to learners.
